Lehi in Utah County
Lehi is a city in Utah County, Utah. It is located at the northern coast of Utah Lake and is surrounded by the Oquirrh Mountains and the Wasatch Range. Lehi is located along Interstate 15 and is about 15 miles away from Provo and 25 miles from Salt Lake City.

The Thanksgiving Point project has lived up to the Ashton's expectations and has become a major attraction in the state of Utah.

The Museum of Ancient Life includes a large collection of Dinosaur exhibits that thrill both children and adults. Farm Country includes a variety of animals and offers family fun activities. The beautiful gardens at Thanksgiving Point include thousands of different trees and shrubs spread over 50 acres. The Water Tower is a landmark that overlooks all of the facilities.
The Thanksgiving Point Golf Club includes a state of the art 18 hole golf course with large clubhouse and hosts the annual Sorensen's Champions Challenge. The Thanksgiving Point Golf Club is a hidden Gem of Utah and was ranked in the top 10 new clubs of 1997 by Golf Digest.
The Lehi Roller Mills are a historical landmark that have been operating in the city since the early 1900's. The facility is featured in popular culture in the 1984 film Footloose that has given Lehi national and international recognition.

Lehi is home to an array of churches belonging to the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There are many religious venues of different congregations located within close distance to Lehi.
Utah County is located in northern Utah and is surrounded by six other counties of Tooele, Wasatch, Juab, Sanpete, Carbon, and Duchesne. Although Utah County lies about 20 miles south of Salt Lake City, the county is not part of the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. Rather, Utah County forms the Provo-Orem Metropolitan Statistical Area, which makes the county a major center of business, culture, education, shopping, and recreation in the state of Utah.
Most of the residential communities of Utah County are located in Utah Valley, an area east of Utah Lake and west of the Wasatch Mountains. The most notable geographical feature of Utah County is Utah Lake, largest natural freshwater lake in Utah covering 96,900 total acres right in the middle of the county. Utah Lake is a major recreational area in the county, offering water sports, including boating, sailing, water skiing, and fishing. The main marina for Utah Lake is located in Utah Lake State Park.
